Watch Repair Essex, I’m very lucky that I work in our family run jewellery workshop located in Essex and travel to there twice a week to personally hand deliver all my clients’ jewellery repairs. On each visit I have all the items logged, photographed, labelled and sorted into the correct departments ready for work to be carried out. I also personally oversee every single repair and carry out quality control on every single item of jewellery upon completion.

We also have an in-house watchmaker that works in our workshop, he has many years’ experience working on all timepiece repairs.

Having been in the jewellery trade since 1986 I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a team we all pride ourselves in carrying out the highest standard of work and the most professional service we can to our clients. We repair and alter all types of jewellery including ring sizings, chain solders, bolt rings, trigger clasps, stone replacements, new shanks, pearl restringing, and the restringing of Links of London sweetie bracelets to name but a few.

What to expect when you book a appointment with me

Watch Repair Essex: Because my business is mainly social media-based, I try to photograph and show as much of every repair/remodel/bespoke commission that I do on both of my social media platforms. I NEVER use my clients names on any of my advertising posts. In this way, I see myself as a shop that you don’t need to open the door to. You can take a look at my work and have your questions answered, regarding the costs of certain repairs as the prices are there for you to see. As well as this, I also put prices on many of the pictures to encourage people who are brand-new customers to message me via Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram, I can even often send estimates for repairing pieces of jewellery based on the photos alone due to having an up to date phone that most of us have these days.

Once we have spoken over the phone, I will book you in for an appointment, this is where you will come to my house for a face-to-face jewellery consultation, I will book your item of jewellery in, take pictures of both the repair slip and your jewellery, and then send these pictures back to you as proof I have your piece of jewellery.
