Welcome to my website, Bespoke Jewellery And Watch Repairs . Well, here is a little bit about my life.
Firstly, I am a wife, mother, and stepmum to four energetic, sporty children I am very proud of and adore. Family life keeps me on my toes. However, this does not stand in the way of my commitment to my work. I have built up a very successful, independent jewellery service which runs alongside my job working for our family-run jewellery workshop where I dedicate my time looking after our existing clients.
The jewellery trade is my heritage. I was born into it. My father, a jeweller, was taught his trade in London and headed a Rolex watch case and bracelet workshop in Hatton Garden, as well as other workshops, before taking the plunge and opening his own business and workshop. Consequently, he won the contracts of major high street jewellers while still working for Rolex, Ebel, plus shops in Hatton Garden and the Birmingham jewellery quarter.
Moreover, I joined the family business in 1986 when it all began. When my brother left school, he also joined the business. My father taught my brother and me to be the talented and skilled professionals we are today. My father and my brother still work together in our workshop and will be working for you.
So, that is my story. With my knowledge and with the skills of all our jewellers, watchmakers, and polishers, I offer a personal service. Additionally, I deal with every element of the jewellery trade as I have them all at my fingertips.
I run my business in Basildon, Essex, which means I can offer you a face-to-face jewellery consultation. This setup keeps my overheads low, so my pricing stays affordable. I provide a Platinum jewellery service, built on over 30 years of experience in the trade. I specialise in handmade jewellery and love remodelling sentimental pieces into something new, as well as designing bespoke items.
Jewellery design is my true passion. With a clear vision, CAD (computer-aided design) technology, and the skilled jewellers I work with, I bring each new creation to life. As a highly skilled artisan, I take immense pride in every piece we create. I work with precision and care, always aiming to deliver the best quality jewellery to every client.
We service and repair all high-end prestige watches, and we specialize in working on renowned brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, AP, JCL, Tag Heuer, Longines, Omega, and many others. Importantly, all of our work carries a one-year guarantee, ensuring your complete satisfaction. In addition to our watch repair services, we also carry out a wide range of other services, including watch restoration, glass and bezel replacement, crown restoration, battery replacement, and straps and bracelet repairs.
