As this is a social media-led business, I try to post pretty much all of the ring repair/remodel work/bespoke design that I do on my social media platforms. Rest assured, I never name my clients on any of my posts. Your anonymity is my priority. If anything, think of me as a social media jewellery shop, where you can view my wares without having to enter the building! For the sake of new clients, I price many of my repair posts and actively request that they send me enquiries via Messenger/WhatsApp/Instagram, where possible. I am even able to provide an estimate on repairs, based on a photoshoot of your ring/repair. With modern smartphones, the level of detail in images these days means this has become possible.
After discussing your repair with you, I’ll schedule a date and time for a home visit consultation. I will take a photo of the repair slip and your jewellery during this appointment, and send these to you to act as confirmation that your ring is in my possession. It’s a little like having a copy of a receipt for your ring, and again, it’s something I’ve added as part of my personal way of running the business.
