Welcome to my website, Bespoke Jewellery And Watch Repairs . Well, here is a little bit about my life.
First of all, I am a wife, mother and stepmum to four very energetic, sporty children I am very proud of and adore. Family life is very busy but that doesn’t prevent me from wanting to give the same 100% to my work that I do for them. I have over the years built up a very successful, independent jewellery service which is run alongside my job of working for our family-run jewellery workshop where I spend my time caring for our existing clients.
The jewellery trade is in my blood. I was born into it. My father is a jeweller. He was taught in London and was head of Rolex watch case and bracelet workshop in Hatton Garden as well as a few others before taking the plunge and setting up his own business and workshop. So as a result, he was lucky enough to win the contracts of some of the big high street jewellers while he was still working for Rolex, Ebel, Hatton Garden and Birmingham jewellery quarter shops.
Plus, I joined the family business in 1986 at the beginning. My brother also joined the business when he left school. My father taught my brother and I to become the skilled and talented professionals we are today. My father and my brother still work together in our workshop and will be working for you.
So, that is my story. With my knowledge and with the skills of all our jewellers, watchmakers and polishers at hand, I am able to give you a personal service. Plus, I am able to deal with every aspect of the jewellery trade as I have them all at my fingertips.
I am based in Basildon, Essex and therefore can meet with you in person to give a jewellery consultation. This way, I have low overheads and therefore can keep my prices as low as possible. I offer Platinum jewellery service. I have over 30 years experience in this trade, specialising in handmade jewellery. I also love re-modelling sentimental jewellery into something completely new, as well as designing bespoke pieces.
Designing jewellery is my real passion. I work with a clear vision, CAD (computer-aided design) technology and the highly-skilled jewellers I work with, to bring every new creation to life. I am a highly-skilled artisan, and take great pride in everything that we make. We work with love and care, and aim to give every client the highest quality jewellery.
We service and repair all high-end prestige watches, and we specialize in working on renowned brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, AP, JCL, Tag Heuer, Longines, Omega, and many others. Importantly, all of our work carries a one-year guarantee, ensuring your complete satisfaction. In addition to our watch repair services, we also carry out a wide range of other services, including watch restoration, glass and bezel replacement, crown restoration, battery replacement, and straps and bracelet repairs.
