Welcome to Bespoke Jewellery and Watch Repairs. I’m Lisa, and I’d love to share a little of the story behind my business.
Jewellery has always been part of my life. My father began his career straight from school, travelling to London to learn his craft. He worked in Rolex’s watch case and bracelet workshop in Hatton Garden, gaining valuable experience before opening his own business and workshop in Essex. Over the years, he built lasting relationships with leading high street jewellers and businesses across Hatton Garden and Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
I joined our family business in 1986, aged just 15, at our shop and repair workshop in Southend. Our customers loved being able to meet the people caring for their precious jewellery and watches. That personal connection has stayed with me ever since.
My brother joined when he left school, and we both learned from our father, whose knowledge, craftsmanship and care continue to shape the way we work today.
Alongside my role looking after clients at our family workshop, I have built my own independent business, Bespoke Jewellery and Watch Repairs. It brings together 40 years of experience and something I have always loved: helping people care for, restore and create jewellery that means the world to them.
Working closely with our skilled jewellers, watchmakers, diamond setters, engravers, polishers and a pearl restringer, I offer a personal service with trusted expertise at every stage.
Whether you need a treasured piece repaired, a sentimental heirloom remodelled or a bespoke design brought to life, I’ll listen to your ideas and guide you through the process with care.

I am based in Basildon, Essex, and offer personal, face-to-face consultations so that we can talk through your ideas together. Keeping my overheads low allows me to offer a personal service at competitive prices.
With 40 years of experience in the jewellery trade, I specialise in handmade jewellery and offer services in platinum as well as other precious metals. I particularly love remodelling sentimental pieces, preserving the memories they hold while creating something new for you to treasure.
From our first conversation to the finishing touches, I will guide you through the design process. Combining my creative vision with CAD (computer-aided design) technology and the craftsmanship of the skilled jewellers I work with, we bring each design to life with care and attention to detail.
I take great pride in every piece we create. My aim is for you to feel listened to, involved and excited throughout the journey, with a finished piece that feels personal to you.

We service and repair all high-end prestige watches, and we specialise in working on renowned brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tag Heuer, Longines, Omega, and many others. Importantly, all of our work carries a one-year guarantee, ensuring your complete satisfaction. In addition to our watch repair services, we also carry out a wide range of other services, including watch restoration, glass and bezel replacement, crown restoration, battery replacement, and straps and bracelet repairs.
